I started working for Sunnyspot Packhouse in 2012 in their Transport Division managing their HR, Workplace Health and Safety and Compliance. As the years progressed so did my responsibilities, I now Manage HR, Workplace Health and Safety and Compliance for the Packhouse, Farm and Transport. Establishing auditable systems to support company selected external accreditations such as Freshcare, Harps and NHVAS keeps me busy while looking for innovative ways to reduce the time required for key personnel to support such systems. This is always challenging but very rewarding.
